When I gifted the star package and my recipient went looking for the star, it was the minutest thing possible, only visible on specialist maps of the galaxies. On being asked to choose where I would like the star to be, e.g. what constellation group, there's no guidance as to whether the star will be visible from northern skies.
The stuff that comes with the package is nicely produced but if the star is never visible from Earth, there's not much point really.

Hello there, well sorry for this review but this was a special gift for a loved one, and after few days with no news, I asked you about it, and looks like you guys completely forgot about my order and shipped it at that same moment. I was told that somebody will contact me and no one did. I checked the shipment today and still didn't arrive, at this point, there is no surprise at all for the birthday party I had planned. Let's see if there is something you can do to make it up for me.

I ordered a week ago for my boyfriends birthday which is tomorrow and i still havent received it, its very upsetting i wont be able to give it to him on the day.

we choose Star Name Registry to get a star registered under my name for my 30th birthday.
the order was placed on the 5th of February 2021. Today it is the 19th of February 2021 and there is still no sign of my order being delivered.
The order was sent back twice by royal mail due to issues with the address. The phone lines are never answered.
Over all it has been a horrible experience as this was something which was meant to be a surprise for my 30th Birthday but instead I am sat here chasing my order with no input or assistance from Star Name Registry at all.
I am highly disappointed.
